At 1st Direct Computer Services we understand that the most important part of any computer or network is the data stored on it. For that reason, we propose to every business we support that multiple types of backups are taken - should any situation arise all data will be retrievable from at least one source.
Part of our standard service agreement is configuring backup equipment to notify us if any problems have occurred, and we regularly check their logs to ensure optimal and correct operation, and identify any potential issues or improvements.
As with all of our services we will provide any relevant members of staff sufficient training so they can competently understand and follow the backup procedures.
A supplimentary service we provide is the encryption of all your devices, whether it’s a PC, laptop or server, to secure your data in the unfortunate event of loss or theft. Using 256 bit encryption your data will be as safe as you can possibly want; this security level is government recommended and considered unbreakable to all but the most determined expert hacker.
